Chalet Combette
Unique in Les Arcs, this chalet is on the slopes and a 4-minute walk from Arc 1600 station, 30 seconds of skiing and you reach the ski lifts, the ski school or the shops.
It is an old sheepfold dating from 1874 that we have completely renovated. We have made 2 identical 110 m2 dwellings that can each accommodate 12 people (24 in total) offering a view of Mont Blanc or the valley and the sunset.
You can rent one half of the chalet for 12 or the entire building for 24. The sound proofing is the best possible between the two units, comprising of double sound proof doors. Ensuring there is minimal noise if rented separately.

For each accommodation:
Floor:
- living room with convertible sofa and fireplace (wood provided)
- fully equipped open plan kitchen
- 35 m2 terrace with furniture
Ground floor :
- Bedroom 1 with double bed of 160 cm and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2 with 160 cm double bed
- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds of 80 juxtaposed and a foldable single wall bed
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 toilets
Ski room:
- With ski rack
- Shoe dryer
- Storage and coat hooks
- Washer and dryer.
Being skiers ourselves, we made sure that all your equipment can be stored, hung and dried.

In winter, you park your car in the Tommelet car park and we come to collect your luggage and your groceries with our caterpillar (motorized vehicle with crawlers pulling a sled).
From your car you will walk 5 min to get to the chalet. In the summer, without snow, you will go to the chalet directly with your vehicle where parking spaces are provided.
It is a paradise for children; unlimited snowman and sledge from the terraces.
Our rates in high season (Christmas, New Year and February holidays) :
from 4,200 to 4,500 € for one side of the chalet
from 8400 to 9000 € for the whole chalet
In low season (January, March and April) :
from 2000 to 2900 € for one side of the chalet
from 4000 to 5800 € for the whole chalet
Our prices in summer :
from 1200 to 1450 € for one side of the chalet
