Who are we?
Philippe ex-dental surgeon, Julie graduated from ESC Clermont, Julien ski instructor and Alexandre mechanical design engineer. A united and boundless quartet.
For several years we have been investing in Les Arcs. We are looking for properties with an ideal location and we are renovating them as a family.
In order to make our apartments comfortable, functional and warm, we expose them, redesign the layout and carry out the work with the family.
We did this for the Tournavelles 1 apartment. Spring 2020 we will renovate the Tournavelles 2 apartment.
The chalet was a far more ambitious project! We worked hard for 2 long years with sometimes very harsh weather conditions.
The building was a sheepfold with a low ceiling stable on the ground floor. So we dug for many weeks to raise this floor and make it habitable. Over the months we poured 150 m3 of concrete, we needed 5000 points to lay 700m2 of cladding and 5 km of wire and sheaths to make electricity etc…
We are now devoting our energy to making your stay pleasant and comfortable.
Julie "les bons tuyaux" takes care of the good organization of your stay, Philippe with his toolbox will intervene in case of technical concerns. Julien and Alexandre with their snowmobile will welcome you upon your arrival and take care of your luggage up to the chalet. Julien a passionate off - piste skier would be delighted to take you to show you the different areas of Tarentaise and their magical places…
